Over the course of his career, Shalom has proven himself as an HR and talent development expert and thought leader across many industries.
He has researched, developed and implemented HR processes and policies, Organizational Development initiatives, and Leadership Development training for global companies such as the Orthodox Union, JetBlue Airways, and Citibank.
Shalom’s extensive understanding of employee lifecycle and motivation in addition to being an engaging facilitator, has led him to be a trusted advisor for senior leaders.
Shalom holds a Bachelor’s in Psychology and Human Resources Management, and a Master’s of Science in Industrial-Organizational (I/O) Psychology.

Yaakov has spent close to 15 years helping organizations navigate the challenging world of Corporate HR issues.
Whether assisting in compensation negotiations with employees or protecting companies from vulnerability from sexual harassment lawsuits, Yaakov is the first call many facilities, companies, owners and operators make when the situation is compromising and difficult.
Yaakov’s training as Organizational Psychologist, combined with his extensive experience consulting for companies both large and small has given him the unique tools and perspective to help each organization in the way that is best for their particular situation.
